Adflow Marketing is a growing digital marketing agency working with businesses across the United States.
We're looking for an experienced GoHighLevel (GHL) Specialist who can take full responsibility for managing our clients' CRM systems, building automations, setting up workflows, and ensuring everything runs smoothly on the backend.
This is a long-term opportunity for someone who understands GoHighLevel and can work independently without constant supervision.
Build, manage, and optimize automations and workflows inside GoHighLevel.
Set up automated SMS, email, and follow-up sequences.
Manage CRM contacts, lists, tags, custom fields, and smart lists.
Create and manage sales pipelines, opportunities, and lead stages.
Set up appointment booking calendars, reminders, and notifications.
Build lead nurturing, reactivation, and missed-call follow-up automations.
Configure triggers, conditions, and workflow actions.
Import, export, organize, and clean contact databases.
Connect lead forms, Facebook Lead Ads, and other lead sources with the CRM.
Troubleshoot broken workflows, automation errors, and CRM-related issues.
Monitor CRM performance and ensure leads are being tracked and followed up properly.
Manage multiple client subaccounts and maintain organized CRM systems.
Hands-on experience working with GoHighLevel (GHL).
Strong understanding of workflows, triggers, automations, and CRM management.
Experience managing contact lists, pipelines, opportunities, and lead databases.
Ability to build complete lead follow-up systems from scratch.
Familiarity with email and SMS automation.
Understanding of webhooks, integrations, Zapier, or Make is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts.
Good English communication skills.
Important: We're specifically looking for someone experienced in CRM backend management and automation. Landing page design and funnel building are NOT the primary responsibilities of this position.
Fixed monthly salary of PKR 40,000.

This is not a training position. Prior hands-on GoHighLevel experience is required.
