AI Automation Expert / CRM Automation

Wortholic Software Solutions is hiring an AI Automation Engineer to build AI-powered automation systems, CRM workflows, backend APIs, and intelligent business solutions. The ideal candidate should have experience with Python, FastAPI, AI APIs, and workflow automation platforms.

Responsibilities

• Build scalable backend applications using Python and FastAPI.
• Develop and maintain REST APIs and backend services.
• Create AI automation workflows using n8n, Make.com, Zapier, and webhooks.
• Integrate AI models such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, and other LLMs into applications.
• Build AI agents, chatbots, and CRM automation solutions.
• Integrate third-party APIs, databases, and cloud services.
• Use AI coding assistants such as ChatGPT, Cursor, Claude Code, and GitHub Copilot to improve development productivity.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and deploy production-ready applications.

Requirements

• Strong experience with Python.
• Experience with FastAPI or similar Python frameworks.
• Knowledge of REST APIs and API integrations.
• Experience with OpenAI API or other LLM providers.
• Experience with automation platforms like n8n, Make.com, or Zapier.
• Good understanding of PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or MySQL.
• Familiarity with Git and modern development practices.
• Docker and cloud deployment experience is a plus.

• Salary: PKR 30,000 – 40,000 per month
